I start talking with different companies tomororw and I looked in the newbie lists for advice on what questions to ask each broker. Any ideas? Everyone says spilt but there has to be more important quesitons that someone forgot to ask.

Training, how much and how often. That's the first question I'd ask.

What are they going to do for you?
Do they have "In House" training?
How accessible is the Managing Broker?
What is the average income for their Agents?
What is the average time for their Agents in Real Estate.
What is their support system?
What are their fees and you receive what for those fees?

You need to find out what they are going to do for you to help you succeed. What are the tools they have to help you achieve your goals.
