i had a buyer awhile back that was looking at townhomes for around $140k in Las Vegas. i showed him a few places and he was turned off from the idea right away. it was all he could qualify for at the time. well, he comes back to me about 6 months later and states that he is pre-approved for about $250k! i was amazed. i guess the whole time he was shopping around and fixing up his credit rating. anyway, i showed him about 10 homes and we found one he liked. we put an offer in on it, they countered, we countered back, and the seller accepted! now we are in contract with a 2 week escrow! i have been on top of things the whole way through. hopefully the lender doesnt run into any problems and we will close next week! im so happy... thanks for listening.
