Sometimes it seems like you've done all you can do for the moment. You're waiting on promised offers to fax in, you're prepared for that listing appointment; --Realty life would be peachy if that one person would return your call.

Solution? Siesta! Lay down, close your eyes--then every one will call. Its like magic!

If, on a rare occasion, no calls come in--then you're refreshed for the rest of the day, evening, and late evening (usually when I have listing appointments)
