That works!

My train of thought was that if they would throw one agent under the bus, they would do it again. It just may be my personality, but I would shy away from folks who use other agents just to get information.

Greg, I consider it a challenge obviously the FSBO is still uneducated and information is cheap. It is determination, skill and experience that will cost a bit.

I think one key element is missing here,WHY is the fsbo selling his property. Before trying to get a listing save alot of time by determining MOTIVATION of the seller. We usually ask sellers if there home i still for sale?If they say we really need to move this thing you have a motivated seller,if they say i am waiting to get the right price and that price is overinflated MOVE ON,it will take them awhile to change there minds.

If this fsbo thinks that houses are selling like hotcakes and they are going to get rich i wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole.I would ruch mather deal with divorce, job loss, transfer, relocation, move up,move down properties because i know they have a DESIRE and are MOTIVATED to sell.

Some agents will use fsbo's if the agents name is on there think about how many buyer leads the agent might be getting by using the fsbo.ACTIVES mean nothing and this is where all fsbo's really screw up,SOLDS are what counts everyone could ask 50k over doesn't mean there house is going to sell.

I think there are much more productive uses of your time.

good luck

Hi Super, Thanks for the feedback although I really had no intention of starting a topic on whether or not it is worth listing FSBO. My question was " Is it okay for a FSBO to use an agents info in their info tube?"
