Hello everyone! We are currently using AgentOffice (formally Agent 2000), and we'd like to convert over to MS Outlook. 2 Questions:

1. Does anyone have suggestions on converting the data? As you know, all the date fields aren't available in MS Outlook (notes). Also, the user-created fields (for phone #'s) aren't matching up during conversion - phone 1, 2, 3, & 4 vary between cell, office, car phone, home, etc. Basically, when we input the data, we didn't do it in a uniform way. We've called tech support, and they couldn't offer any good suggestions.

2. There are modules available for MS Outlook for Real Estate (showings & property management). Which one do you suggest???

If you don't mind me asking, why are you switching? I am evaluating desktop software now and am thinking of adding the Chicago Title version of Agent Office. Your perspectives on the program would be appreciated.

We are switching for several reasons: Agent Office is a rather flawed program, the overall interface is clumsy, tech support is about worthless, our staff is more comfortable with MS Outlook, and the current version of Agent Office doesn't sync with my PocketPC (although, for several months know tech support has promised a 'patch' will be available any day now).
