I have used it for the past 7 months,me and my partner split the costs of the system.The info is great,it all comes down to a few things are there people currently in your area using his sytem already?Check all the local re magazines and newspapers for 800 hotlines like buy homes 0 down,free list of foreclosures call1-800 blah,blah,blah enter id 1021 etc.Unfortuneately in my area ga every tom,dick,and harry are using his system todd walters does over 3 million gci a year with the team concept.The ones most successfull with his sytem are the ones who don't have alot of people in that market already doing it.The trick is too find newspaper classifieds for about 10 to 20 bucks a week and that will put you in the real estate for sale section instead of the real estate services section which screams advertising to your prospects(you want to fly under there radar).I have taken parts of his system the classifieds and website have been effective for me.postcards and ads are cheaper in canada than the u.s so some of his ideas are not as cost-efficient here as the examples he gives.Also don't advertise in the real estate book if that's in your area unless you have alot of listngs,my experience is the people running 1 to 2 page ads get the first placement in the book and the most calls,even if you are running 1 page ads you are still behind all the top producers there.one month i recieved 15 calls off my hotlines the next month 1 and it al had to do with placement in the book and when the big boys are spending 2k a month on that ad with guaranteed placement it's not effective to be in there.hope this helps
