When the lender told my last foreign buyer that she'll need an international credit report (she had no green card or SS#), she balked at paying the $175.
She called me a couple of days later from the east coast and said the financing isn't going to work for her...., she'll pay cash ($370k)
, I said that will work. We closed.
Recently I re-sold her house here and she bought another in Boca Raton for $500k, cash naturally.
