I did an offer and it was accepted but didnt look at the tax record till now. seller was previous ovner, owner name States "XXX" Land Trust , 2nd owner says "XXX" LLC TR. Should I wait for prelims to find out who was on trust or call title company. The offer was accepted and signed only by previous seller. I guess he must of changed it to a trust and probably is in the trust. I know I have to find out whos on the trust and who can sign for the LLC Trust right ? Does all signatures have to be valid on the offer and acceptance? I hope I don't have to redo it again. I shall get the info from title co. help???

By now you have probably submitted the offer & acceptance and the earnest money to the title company to open escrow. Ask the escrow officer specifically whether you are going to need more signatures.
You should be fine! It is the listing agent's job to know who is on title, who is required to sign the listing agreement, and who is required to sign the o&a. Just follow up with the escrow officer to be sure.
