In that case, if it is website leads, then your response has been pretty good. I usually answer those type leads by email, as mentioned above. I do not call them on the phone. I would guess that I have actually had real appointments for about 1 out of 20 or 25 leads.

I've had really good luck calling internet leads. I have only had a handful answer any e-mails I send out, and my success rate has been much higher calling people. I guess I come across a little different when I talk to people than what I typed up sounds like. I've never had anyone hang up on me or act offended in any way. If they pick up the phone I usually have a nice conversation with them. I don't think you would have necessecerily hung up on me- because no-one else has.

9 out 10 times your email will end up in their spam folder anyway. I don't even read them if they do come through. I just delete them.
