I can't see them doing business that way. Can you imagine some agent sitting in an office two time zones away selling a home as effectively as one of us on the ground 15 minutes away? That idea makes some huge REO Brokers with hundreds of listings

they are changing their minimum commisions and raising the referral fee once a contract is accepted.It benefits the buyers agent. Another agent warned me and then it happened to me. They will not bend.

One of my ML services has instituted a fine for copying 'photos (or other descriptive content) from prior listings; not sure how they feel about using the assessor's 'photo though!

DaddyAdd: I don't think your answer takes in to account that there are new rules every year. Repeating what was done in a prior year may no longer be acceptable in a future year. The tax code is constantly being changed. Mr. Foreclosure

HOAs around here will usually send the agent a bill if we send them a copy of the Trustees Deed and a letter requesting a balance. They like anyone else want to get paid.
