I've never had a QC issue with them. They are much better at reading notes/comments than some other companies.

In NY free standing appliances are considered personal property even though they are often sold along with the real property. Built ins are considered to be part of the real property. The only time it has come up for me I discussed it with the AM a

I will sometimes see a stick built with skirting (typically on pier supports) but it would never be confused with a mobile (manufactuired) as it would not be DMV titled.

Aristo82, I am in South Carolina and can tell you it can be done very easily. With fax and email, communication is not hindered. Your REALTOR should be able to explain the closing process and reassure you that they will keep it on track to close!
