Some REO clients have a specific form for the agent to use when requesting a sign off from the former owner that remaining personal property is abandoned and may be disposed of without recourse.

To get this one back on topic - and to provide a long overdue update - I had a listing with InSource in Oct '07 that finally sold in the beginning of '08. InSource wasn't the easiest to deal with, but there are worse! Didn't hear anything from them

I have no feel for how effective REO Network is for the property preservation people but I can say it has been a source of business for me as a Broker (and I do not pay for the premium placement on their site).
