The only thing I like about the MF software is for doing the monthly BPO's for listings. You can reuse the old bpo's for all of the subject info etc and just enter new info for the comps. Saves some time but not enough to justify the price!

Yes you are right, but a lot of successful employee haven't been fired, as much as a lot of successful Realtors has been fired by the market:-). My business is much slower compare with last year and to be realistic a lot of the top producers' busines

ccfcj70- Just playing devil's advocate here... maybe it was a mistake. At my company our receptionist who inputs our listings can also edit them once they are online. MAYBE there is someone else from your agent's company with a listing on your street
