Pinehurst you're right, I didn't read the DSNews yesterday. And I think I meant Fidelity and not First American (both start with the letter "F"). I've been sick the last week and my memory must be a little faulty. Thanks!

I was able to get on up until about 10 minutes ago. I sent an email to their help dept. No response yet, but now I can't even get the site to come up. Hopefully they're re-setting it or working on the problem.

personally, i would list him as normal and go through the process with his current tennants. That way if it goes through it will show on the mls and be used as a comp. also, if it does not go through, you have the listing already!

Yes, you should get the advice of a lawyer. I doubt that any lawyers who may view this forum will offer their services for free by posting a response though. If you had an attorney represent you at closing I would suggest that as a place to start.
