There are still a few poor souls here that insist the value of their house is a percentage of increase since they closed on it or at least worth enough to pay off all their CC debt, college loans, car payments, dept. store charges and have boot left

Some stuff is thru Citi-AMC or Citi Residential Lending. All keeps separate databases. I work with Citi directly (texas office) and each office varies. The Missouri office might have theirs assign thru AMC. It just depends on office.

I'm stuck in suspended animation! It still is 2008 for me as I have two deals that have dragged on, one is entering its fifth month and the other its third. Too much red tape and pencil pushing and paper shuffling.
