It's not uncommon in the MN lakes areas to have a main house and guest house connected by a Porch and or breezeway. It sounds like this building is close enough to finish as a guest house.

What would it cost to re-position it to a more reasonable location on the same parcel ? I know that the "first foot" of movement is the expensive one !
