I hate to say it, but that's what happens A LOT when they outsource to India. Nothing against the workers..........I wouldn't do as good of a job being an asset manager and dealing with agents and property in India, either.

TB, you should already know the answer to your question. I pull comps from all of the available data sources, including MLS. it amazes me that you seem to think there are no alternatives to NAR/Realtor membership. they've trained you well.

This is the problem with our society - there is a perception that the trappings of wealth (motorhomes, boats, big houses) make you rich, when in fact they are generally built on a paper foundation.

shana, you have previously stated that you are not a Realtor. Dead serious honest question out of curiousity - because I don't know how I would do it - how do you pull comps and listing history? Do you use trulia and realtor.com? How?!

The rich are getting richer, buying up homes at a huge discount. Buying new cars/SUVs at a big discount and 0% financing. Stocks at 20% discount. Motor homes, etc.
