RD loans are very popular here as well. I just closed one where a buyer actually got $600 back at closing.

That was a good response. I think I'd keep to working at home from now on and only go to the office if absolutely necessary.

So new year, new drama. The witch is still here. She managed to start doing rentals again. The huge attitude change lasted until about mid december, then she started showing her true colors again. At this point a can laugh a little, but I was so piss

The one thing that is bothering me is that my clients are not adjusting to this tightening of loans. One client in particular is cancelling transactions with willing buyers because loans are taking longer to process. I have had 2 cancel in the last

I'm all for getting the correct commissions, but is $50 really worth ruining a potentially long-term relationship for?

I hate to say it, but that's what happens A LOT when they outsource to India. Nothing against the workers..........I wouldn't do as good of a job being an asset manager and dealing with agents and property in India, either.

And to attack someone's religious convictions without knowing them (or at all!) is about as low as it gets. I guess if you add smiley faces at the end, it makes it okay.

Or charity begins at home? Not exactly the right phrase, but really, how is it even remotely wrong to make sure you're taking care of your own family before helping others? That's just crazy talk...

It has nothing to do with that. I am wondering how you get 'agent only' information. I could fill out forms partially, but not completely. I guess you know some tricks I don't.

TB, you should already know the answer to your question. I pull comps from all of the available data sources, including MLS. it amazes me that you seem to think there are no alternatives to NAR/Realtor membership. they've trained you well.

This is the problem with our society - there is a perception that the trappings of wealth (motorhomes, boats, big houses) make you rich, when in fact they are generally built on a paper foundation.

How are the rich getting richer by buying up homes at huge discount? Buying new cars at discount? Buying cars and motorhomes won't make anyone richer. Motorhomes make people poorer. And the rich won't get richer if those homes don't appreciate an

How about the adage that says people who live in glass houses should not throw stones? Really, R8Ragent - not classy at all.

shana, you have previously stated that you are not a Realtor. Dead serious honest question out of curiousity - because I don't know how I would do it - how do you pull comps and listing history? Do you use trulia and realtor.com? How?!

The rich are getting richer, buying up homes at a huge discount. Buying new cars/SUVs at a big discount and 0% financing. Stocks at 20% discount. Motor homes, etc.

I'm guessing the SLU sticker is something the bank wants posted on the property. Maybe some sort of winterization or Bank-owned sheet? Is there someone in the company you can ask? I'd go that route. As dumb as I feel sometimes when I don't know t
